Our first single-origin coffee from Africa! So new that we don't even have a product photo yet 😃
These beans come from the Yirgacheffe region of southern Ethiopia. The coffee is floral- and fruit-toned, with a brilliant acidity. We recommend this coffee for espresso and pour-over. We've been drinking it for the past couple of weeks and its fruity flavor profile is perfect as the seasons change.
As always, these beans are Fair Trade and organic.
